Syros: no car, just stay in the city, one full day, then head for Naxos for the bulk of your trip. Paros Town can be a short day trip (via ferry) from Naxos. (Or vice versa). Naxos and Paros have very pretty landscapes. But Naxos/Paros-Santorini-Milos is fine too. Just even less variety.
Santorini is also wine country, so if you like wine, I suggest purchasing a wine tour. Overall, the island is difficult to get around. If you have any mobility issues, it’s next to impossible, as most of the towns are built on cliffsides, and you have to go up and down stairs just to get through the town (Oia, in particular).
Mykonos without the nightlife is just an island like the other 20+ you can visit far more cheaply. And there are far better islands than Mykonos in that regard. Santorini is just an interesting place to visit, with or without people. I'm planning a vacation there myself in November (I despise crowds and Santorini in the summer is overtouristic

Its a small airport that can get busy as not a lot of space . I have travelled there in July , Oct , Nov and have always left 2 hrs but use Aegean & have status. We like to be at gate before line starts as there isn’t much room and it becomes like a mob seen quickly. The put it bluntly the airport is way too small for the traffic it recieves
